	Living successfully with diabetes results from specific actions taken to maintain regular blood sugar levels. Talk with your doctor about lifestyle changes you can make to either avoid or treat diabetes. Treatment typically includes a combination of increased physical activity, lowered dietary fats and sugars, insulin therapy, and close surveillance of blood sugar levels.
